Here’s a 7 minute bodyweight workout you can do anywhere… At home, in the park, at the beach, on the subway. You get the picture!
Let’s do this!
Do each move for 30-60 seconds depending on your fitness level. Rest as needed between exercises…
Beginner: 30 seconds work : 30 seconds rest
Intermediate: 45 seconds work : 15 seconds rest
Elite: 60 seconds work : no rest
At the end of the round, rest 30-90 seconds.
Do 3 rounds for a full conditioning workout or 1 round at the end of your strength training (skip cardio and do this instead)
Exercises:
1- Bulgarian Split Squat (split time between legs)
2- Walk Out to Cross Body Mountain Climbers
3- Air Jump Rope
4- Single Leg RDL with Curtsy Squat (split time between legs)
5- Split Shuffle
6- Renegade Row
7- Burpees
