9 minute total body workout

I know you’re busy, so let’s make this short and sweet cool cats!

Today I’ve got a super bodyweight Accelerator to get your week started on the right foot… I did this workout yesterday morning and let me tell you – it’s no joke!

Not only will this crank up your fat burning metabolism… but it’s the perfect way to boost your energy and get you in a good mood! Plus, it’s bodyweight only, so you only need your sexy self.

Here’s the plan:

Do each exercise listed below for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds. Hint hint… use your timing device to keep track! (If you a beginner, try 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest.)

One round will take you 9 minutes total.

“But KV, what if I have time to do more than one round?”

If you’re Intermediate level, try 2 rounds… and Advanced folks you can totally rock 3 rounds. (Note: rest for 1 minute between rounds)

(A) Hand walkouts
(B) Air jump rope
(C) Bulgarian split squats (sub: reverse lunges)
(D) Burpee with double push up
(E) 4X4 (squats x 4, jump squat x 4)
(F) Push ups
(G) Ski jumps
(H) Renegade Row (bodyweight only)
(I) Shuttle sprints (sprint 25m, turn around and sprint back)
