It’s almost Thanksgiving here in America… Hooray! Even if you’re not celebrating, you’re going to LOVE this recipe today.

Last weekend, I celebrated with friends in advance and I did something completely out of the blue…

Baking.

Let me tell you, I don’t often bake anything. In the 6 years I lived in NYC, I’ve only baked a couple of times… and honestly, one episode was nothing short of a TOTAL disaster.

Think inedible, crumbling mess and smoking oven…

That being said… my lovely friend Bree (aka The Betty Rocker) recently sent me her AMAZING Sweet Potato Bourbon Pie recipe, and I just had to try it before I left for Cali.

Oh. My. Freakin. Goodness.

You know, I have a weakness for pie. And whoever thought to marry sweet potato and pie…is a genius!

Wait until you try Bree’s signature crust. BOOM!

This recipe is 100% Gluten-Free, dairy-free and evil nasty sugar-free, and not like anything you’ve tried before.
