How long can you hold a plank? 1 minute? 5 minutes?
You know planking rocks, but I don’t want you to waste time trying to break the world planking record. If you can hold a plank for 2 minutes and a side plank for 1 minute, it’s time to add a little twist.
Today, I have my top 4 plank variations that you can try. Make it more difficult, and challenge yourself.
Here’s are the variations, starting with an easier progression and becoming more difficult:
1. Crossover Plank

3. Cross Spider Plank
4. Bird Dog Plank

How abaout coming back (on the subject) something like every month or week to add another variation ?
At the end who knows how many variations we’ll have !
