Last night after the Webinar of the century, I was flicking channels. It’s not too often you’ll catch me in front of the box, particularly with my eyes open – unless of course Homeland is on!

Now, when I first moved to New York I was amazed at the number of cable channels. 1000? For real? Well, you have to pay a bomb to get every single one, but still, talk about options.

Anyway, last night on my flicking adventures, I came across a random infomercial channel selling bizarre looking devices. Ab gadgets “guaranteed to get you six-pack abs”. I didn’t see anyone demonstrating my favorite weird ab exercises.

I’m sure you’ve seen these gadgets before and clients ask me if they actually work. Well sure, if you USE it. However, this is definitely not a magic pill or the most effective way to blast belly fat.

It got me thinking, what is the #1 WORST ab exercise ever?
