Perhaps this is the weirdest, most effective way to end your workout… EVER.

What does it mean when the cleaner at the gym asks, “Miss are you OK?”

Your workout was a killer. Clearly, the look on my face told the story. Brutal.

But it wasn’t over yet.

As I slumped over the water fountain and gathered my strength to finish off, the sweat dripping down my face was stinging my eyes. That was nothing compared to the burning in my lungs.

For my workout dessert, my buddy Mikey Whitfield sent me an awesome finisher to test drive.

It’s called the “One by One” finisher and it only takes 5 minutes. But thanks to what’s called “metabolic stacking”, it’s just as effective (but way more fun) than 30 minutes of cardio!

It only takes 5 minutes and it’s the perfect finisher to any workout or as an off day conditioning workout. After all, Mikey proves to you that you don’t need a fancy gym because he does this finisher in a hallway!
